Register your child(ren) with this downloadable form: Download, print, and complete this 1-page PDF registration form and fax it to the office at 222-7596.
Register your child(ren) online: Note: Online Registrations are now closed. You may still register your child each evening of Extreme Rescue Team.
Register your child(ren) at the event: You can simply show up and register your child at the event. Registrations each evening begin at 6:50 PM.
