Transcona Alliance Church places a high value on the safety of those in our care. We understand our spiritual, moral, and legal obligation to provide a secure environment for children, youth and volunteers who participate in our programs. In order to provide that secure environment, we have implemented Plan to Protect Policies and Procedures.
For those interested in volunteering with children or youth, the following is our recruitment and screening process:
Ministry Application Form
Adhere to six month waiting period
Sign statement of faith
Face to face interview
Reference checks
Police records check
Training
Final approval from church leadership
